Our process has been streamlined to help ensure clear communication and expectations. Actual timelines are dependent on the volume of work currently in our queue.
We always start with a detailed estimate. If an updated price is necessary because of materials or new findings following the removal of fabric or stain, the customer is notified.
When applicable, upholstery and/or finish color are selected.
Work begins and customer updates are provided as necessary.
Upon completion and following inspection, customer is notified, invoice is paid and furniture is either delivered or picked up.
