All our craftsmanship is warrantied for one year. We are not responsible for misuse, mishandling, breakage, scratches, gouges, water damage, transit damage, or any other damage, after work has been completed. Color matches will be made as close as possible due to the nature of wood. We are not responsible for any breakage of glass, mirrors or hardware, or loss of personal items. We cannot guarantee the condition of original labels, tags, or stickers.
WARRANTY TERMS: Total payment is due upon delivery of finished work. Fabric, hardware or other payments may be due before work is entered into the work queue. Storage charges will be assessed 14 days after notification that work is completed. After 45 days, piece(s) will be sold for charges. Returned or canceled checks are subject to a fee.
